Strict quality control enables the excellent quality of the WILLSTRONG ACP, WILLSTRONG actively follow the international standard since established. We produce our products through the quality control of our enterprise standard, which is more strict than the European standard and higher than the national standard. For example, Peeling –off Strength is an essential quality index for ACP, the national standard stipulate it should be not less than 7 N/mm for the Curtain wall ACP with 0.5mm Al. thickness, but our enterprise standard request it should be no less than 10N/mm, the products would be judged as reject while it can’t meet this standard. We also have many advanced equipments for testing and analyzing which made in England and Germany, such as multifunctional material testing machine, color difference meter, film thickness meter, polyester melting machine, salt fog cabinet and aging experiment machine. All of these advance equipments guarantee the reliability of the testing process and the veracity of testing result.

       WILLSTRONG has itself an outstanding quality control system. It has established an integrated quality control system which is scientific and effective; including quality policy, quality manual, quality processing files and quality record, etc. All of the activities for quality run effectively according to the quality process, and the internal quality system would be checked constantly, the effectively corrective and preventive measures would be applied in time to perfect the quality control system. We have professional quality testing staff in every plant and every production line, set up the extremely strict testing parameters, to ensure the whole quality control process is under control constantly.
