WILLSTRONG Aluminum Composite Panel owns advanced technologies, strict quality control process and continuous innovations, which makes WILLSTRONG to meticulously control the tolerance, flatness, the thickness and finish quality of each panel.
The bonding of the aluminum and the core is achieved by both chemical and mechanical ways, giving each WILLSTRONG Aluminum Composite Panel an extraordinary bond integrity. WILLSTRONG Aluminum Composite Panel are protected and colored by Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Polyester (PE) paints and PET films. Panels to be applied for high building cladding mainly utilize coating of KYNAR500/HYLAR5000 PVDF resins in order to guarantee an outstanding color uniformity, UV fade resistance & gloss retention finish. The paint also provides excellent flexibility & film adhesion for forming, and offers superior resistance to humidity, impact, salt spray, pollution, abrasion & graffiti. The luxurious, bright-colored, marble and wood print finishes give so many choices for architects to completely perform their creativity.
WILLSTRONG Aluminum Composite Panel has been successfully applied in some places of harsh condition, such as the North Pole region in Russia, and the Equator area in Indonesia.
Hundreds of applications have proved that WILLSTRONG is believable.
WILLSTRONG / FR is composed of a low density non-combustible Polyethylene Core sandwiched between two sheets of Aluminum of 0.5mm thickness. Corrosion normally takes place at the cut edge and tends to penetrate inside. This results in de-lamination between the aluminum skin and core material. To protect the cut edge from this type of corrosion, we apply rust-preventing paint behind the aluminum skins.
We coat the backside with wash coat or service coat, protecting the backside aluminum from either alkali attack from cement or galvanic corrosion from steel.
