WILLSTRONG’s internationalized industrial base, with its area of 60,000 sqms and 8 modernized automatic production lines has been forming the largest manufacturing center in South China.

    Investing over USD24 million, WILLSTRONG has built this industrial center, containing the Administration Building, the manufacturing workshops and the Research and Development Center, with eight production lines with Germary Technology.

   The production process contains four unique technological processes—Chemosythesis, Coating, Composition and Furnishing. WILLSTRONG has now been equipped with automatically productive machines of Chemosythesis, Reversal Precision-coating and Composite, and the outfit of detecting facilities such as multi-functional precision-electron experimental machine, chromatism apparatus, film thickness testing equipment and coating film adhesive force experimental instrument from abroad to our modern manufacturing workshops.

     The aluminum panel firstly be received Chemosynthesis with the technology of German Henkle Co., Ltd. in order to clean dirt and impurity clinged to the surface of the aluminum rolls, then forming oxidation film on the surface, thus ensuring strong adhesive force between paint and aluminum panel.

   Coating is the second productive process. Internationally advanced precision-coating equipment makes this action in dust-free rooms, ensuring the width, the appearance and the quality of coating film. Moreover, the strict operation in oven areas perfects coating films in solvent resistance and flexibility.

   In order to produce WILLSTRONG ACP, the third step is to compound it. Automatically high-thermal composite line not only makes the panel excellent smoothness, but also generates the most significantly technological effect—high peel strength to the panel, and thus the outside layer, the front aluminum panel, and the back aluminum panel are firmly locked on the two sides of the middle polyethylene panel with a long lasting time of adhesion. This is a crucial symbol of WILLSTRONG ACP, compared with other company’s products.

   The last process is Finishing. That is to make the exact operation on the length, width and diagonal of WILLSTRONG ACP to conform to the standard of various parameters of the national regulation.
